Sharon and Dick Sorensen along with Wilming Yee started Ritz Catering in February of 1992. With an initial investment of only $700.00 they have worked to build the business into a full service food service organization.
Working from their 12,000 square foot commissary, banquet hall and warehouses in German Village they provide catering services throughout metropolitan Columbus. Their business plan is simple... use only the best ingredients for each item on the menu and then prepare it and serve it fresh; it's the only way to build a successful business.
In 2001, we decided to enter the Convenience Catering business. (you know it as Vending) but to do it our way... Fresh Food. Served fresh. Made locally by caring and experienced professionals. That's the Ritz Way.
