Anthony Brown, the executive chef for Ritz Catering attended Hocking Technical College for two years where he majored in Hospitality Management. From there he continued his culinary education at Columbus state as an apprentice to the chef (Brian Hinshaw, executive chef at M, Miranova's restaurant)
