For a Day Long Conference* (8:00 am til 4:00 pm)
The use of the room with tables, chairs, linens, water pitchers and glasses, podium and house public address system and a Continental Breakfast, morning and afternoon break and a buffet lunch your cost is just $22.50 per guest. Minimum of 75 guests please.

For an Association Style Lunch*
Room set to your specifications and featuring a buffet lunch your cost is $15.00 per guest. Minimum of 50 guests please.

For an Association Style Evening Meeting*
Room set to your specifications and featuring a buffet dinner your cost is $17.50 per guest. Minimum of 75 please. Note: all evening functions require the additional services of a special duty policeman to assist your guests from our parking lot to our building.

For a Church Banquet*
Deduct 5% from the above rates.

For an Evening Cocktail Reception*
Your guests will enter a room that you've designed. Tables, chairs and linens will be in position. The bar will be open and feature hosted House Liquors, Beer, Wines and non-alcoholic selections. A display of fresh fruit, cheeses and vegetables will be in attendance along with bar snacks. The musical resource will be the services of a Ritz disc jockey setting the tone that you've specified. Upon your command the doors to our Sands Room will open and your guests will enjoy a wonderful cocktail hors d'oeuvre reception featuring the Ritz Chef carving the meat of your choice. For a four hour party your cost is only $38.00 per guest (based on 100 guests)

Note: We can provide the bar selections on a cash basis. This will reduce your cost by $10.00 per guest. Minimum bar sales of $300.00 are required in order to waive the bartender's fee of $85.00.
