- Beef Manhattan
First we take a slow roasted beef & slice it thin. Then we make a beef gravy. While the gravy is simmering we make a big batch of Idaho Mashed Potatoes. Then we assemble. First a layer of mashed. Then the Beef. Then the Gravy. The rest is up to you!
- Spaghetti and Meatballs
Just like your Mom makes. We prepare a great sauce with lots of Italian herbs and spices and then add our meatballs. We offer this to you on a bed of fresh spaghetti noodles with all the love that is only Italian.
- Lasagna
One of our most popular entrees. Layers of noodles hold in ground beef, cheeses, sauces and more. Just sink your teeth in this and the aroma will tell you you're in Italy!
- Vegetarian Lasagna
Just like Lasagna above but without the meat (too bad!)
- Turkey Manhattan
Slow roasted whole white meat turkey is thinly sliced and presented atop a bed of Idaho Potatoes with gravy.
- Cincinnati Four - Way
Only in Ohio. In Chicago it's called Chili Mac. Here it's spaghetti noodles, Chili, Chopped Onions and Shredded Cheese. Anyway you call it…it's good.
- Macaroni & Cheese Dinner.
