Wedding Package Price Summary*

Ritz is pleased to have this opportunity to present you with a complete wedding reception planned in every detail at one all-inclusive price. Included in all of our packages is: Free Parking with Concierge Service, The Mirage and Sands Rooms with all linen, china, and silverplate Dinnerware, Beverages including both Non and Alcoholic Selections, The Menu described, Centerpieces, Wedding Cake and Entertainment in the form of an absolutely wonderful wedding Disc Jockey. All you need to furnish is the guests!

• The prices are based on payment by cash or check. Charge cards accepted with a 5% fee.
• Certain minimum room revenues are required on Saturday nights, holiday weekends and Valentines Day.
• Prices are based on a poultry entree. Many additional selections are available at slightly higher prices.
• No wedding packages for less than 100 guests.
• No hidden charges.
• Ritz retains the right to raise prices and change selections at any time prior to executing a contract and receiving your deposit.

CHILDREN'S MEALS
Children under the age of 2 are free and under the age of 10 are provided a 1/3 discount.

CREDIT CARDS
All of our prices are listed with a 5% Cash Discount. Clients not wishing to take advantage of the listed cash discount may elect to pay a 5% finance surcharge when using their Credit Card.

MAITRE D' GRATUITY
We are often Asked What Is an Appropriate Tip for the Maitre D' and his Staff. Most People after Receiving Extraordinary Service Leave a Tip for the Maitre D' and Staff of Approximately 8% to 12% of the Total Bill.

ROOM RENTAL CHARGES
Are included in each basic package.

ADDITIONAL PARTY TIME
Additional time must be discussed in advance and is subject to availability. The Ritz Company is the final arbiter of this service.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION
In order to protect both you and The Ritz we require that all of your outside Vendors, Entertainers and Suppliers provide us with a Certificate of Insurance and a copy of their current paid Workers Compensation Certificate. This is mandatory and no one will be allowed on the premises without complying with these requirements. Please have them contact your Event Producer at 614/228-3663 so that we can coordinate their set-up & delivery activities and obtain verification of appropriate insurance coverage.
