How Many guests can you accommodate?
We can host up to 225 guests. Off our the main room we can provide services for an additional 40 guests.
What is in the Wedding Packages?
Absolutely everything! From the room set to your wishes, tables, linens, china, menu & beverage package, disc jockey, wedding cake, centerpieces, service staff. It's a complete reception and so much more.
Is there a minimum number of guests or dollar amount that is required?
Yes. We ask that your Saturday Evening Reception be in the area of $6,000.00. At other times we require at least 100 guests. Inquire about our off season rates for January thru April.
Where do my guests park?
We have free self-parking direct across the street from us. On-street parking is also available. We keep the front of the Ritz open for your limousines. Click here to see our

How much time is provided in the various packages.
The 'buffet & three course ' packages provides for a four hour reception; the five course provides for a five hour reception. Additional time can be reserved.
How Do I reserve my date?
Sign the reception contract and return it with your check for $500.00. Your date is reserved once we receive it. Your date is not reserved until the signed contract and check is received.
Payment
All of our prices have been discounted for Check or Cash Payments. Should you choose to use a credit card a 5% surcharge applies. Please refer to the contract for other payment dates. Payment is due in full three business days prior to your reception.
Children's Discount
Children ten and under are provided a 1/3 discount.
When do the doors open and my time period begin?
You'll tell us. If you ask for the doors to open at 6:30 then your reserved time starts from that point.
Can I use the front patio?
Of course. We've set-up special bars on the patio and lots of our clients restrict smoking to this area.
What about holding the actual wedding ceremony at The Ritz.
Lots of Brides have. We have the wedding arch & candelabras along with white ten inch candles. The fee for this service, including the Officiant, is only $150.00. You may want to extend your reception time to accommodate the actual service.
Can you help with all the details?
It's what we do the best. Rest assured that your wedding would be the wedding you've dreamed about. Our Event Planners work with you to incorporate those special touches that your guests will long remember.
Who coordinates the actual reception?
We do. Our experienced Ritz Captain/maitre d' will see to it that your reception follows your plan. Your reception will flow effortlessly from one wonderful activity to another.
Can we decorate?
Yes. Our Main room is 40 x 100 feet and has a 12 foot tall ceilings. It has many different types of lighting for your use. We designed it in the style of a 1930's art deco nightclub with built-in dance floor. If we do not have the room booked prior to your time you can get a head start. If it is booked then you'll need help, and remember all of your good friends are probably in the wedding. Ritz can handle placement of simple, one piece centerpieces and guest favors. If it gets more extensive than that then we'll have to provide you with a quotation.
